Refund Policy

If you purchased a product from the One Nation Group Records Label online store and have yet to start downloading, activating or authorizing the product within 14 days from the date of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund for any reason.

You may request a refund by reaching out at info@onenation-group.com. If you download the product within 14 days of purchase, you waive your right to a refund unless you meet one of the exceptions below.

Beyond the 14-day purchase period, even if you have not started downloading, the product, refunds are typically not provided. However, where the product is faulty or not as described, customers have a right to reject the product within 30 days of purchase. In such circumstances, customers may choose either to refund or replace the product purchased and should make such a request to info@onenation-group.com. 

Exceptions:

One Nation Group Records Label is unable to offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • If the product downloading has commenced without issue, you will not be able to receive a refund under any circumstances (unless the product is proven to be faulty or not fit for use, in which case you have the right to have your product repaired or replaced).
  • Customers bear the responsibility to review and purchase the appropriate product for their intended use. If unsure, please reach out to us at info@onenation-group.com before purchase.
  • Any products purchased as part of a Bundle cannot be refunded individually. A refund on the full Bundle will be possible within 14 days of purchase if none of the products in the Bundle have been downloaded.

Customers are also advised to note:

  • This refund policy is subject to, and should be read in conjunction with, the Website Terms and Conditions.
  • At One Nation Group Records Label we frequently offer flash sales and other promotions which are subject to change. Purchases which were purchased before a sale/or whilst on a separate promotion may not be available for a refund in such situations.
  • All refunds shall only be available via the original payment method.
  • All refund requests must be received within 30 days of purchase, even if one of the above-referenced exceptions exists.

If you believe that you qualify for a refund, please reach out to us at info@onenation-group.com and provide us with the following information:

  • Your order number and your One Nation Group Records Label registered email address.
  • A reason for your refund request. If the issue is technical, we require a description of the problem and proof of fault.
